Our family would like to thank Sylvie and Bill and the rest of the team for all their help during our buying and selling process. This is the second time we have had the opportunity to deal with Sylvie and her team and once again, we were not disappointed.

Not too many people can say that they sold their house on the first showing for the asking price. Sylvie helped this happen by providing us all the resources we needed to have the house ready and in shape to sell and by choosing a sale price that was spot-on with the market. She has amazing enthusiasm and knowing that we had limited time to complete the sale, she accommodated our time-constraints and put in a lot of effort towards getting our house “out there” and in the spotlight. She really has a wealth of knowledge and knows how to prepare a house for listing, including providing us with all the resources for staging it and recognizing what features to highlight in our home to get it ahead of others in the market.

Bill is probably one of the most patient agents we have met. We were having a really hard time finding something we liked and even though we went back to see the same places multiple times, he never rushed us. We are very detail-oriented, picky clients and he was not only patient, but actually provided hands-on help when needed (e.g. measuring areas to visualize a room or helping us think of layouts to make a particular room work). He gave us great perspectives, pointing out the benefits and drawbacks of properties that we may not have realized. He was able to recognize what we needed in terms of layout, price, size and location. In the end, he helped us find the perfect place that we LOVE. Without his help, perseverance, patience and knowledge, we probably would have been stuck renting a place. Again, he knew we had very limited time and put in a lot of effort to accommodate our needs.

We would not hesitate to recommend Sylvie, Bill and the rest of their team to anyone looking to sell, buy or both! They are very positive, genuine and trustworthy individuals with remarkable experience.
